As of mid-year 2023, the firm currently owned 17 unique residential communities containing a total of more than 300 individual residential units. All properties are self-managed by the firm and the total value of the portfolio exceeds $20,000,000. Continued strategic growth is a main component of the firm's business model.

Our specific focus is to invest in commercial real estate, specifically multifamily apartment buildings and manufactured housing communities. This type of real estate has shown strong growth year over year, even in times of recession.
